Whole Smoked Brisket




Our Beef Briskets are slow smoked for a minimum of 14 hours over Oak and Pecan wood, with Brian’s secret dry rub.  If there is a better tasting brisket in the area, I have not found it.  Our briskets start with a precooked weight of 15 to 17 lbs and they loose an average of 30% of their weight as the fat renders out during the slow cooking process.  We are selling these at a flat rate of $125 unsliced.  if you would like yours sliced, let us know and we can slice it for an additional $10.


To reheat, place in your oven at 300 degrees F for approx 1 hour.
