Whole Smoked Brisket
Our Beef Briskets are slow smoked for a minimum of 14 hours over Oak and Pecan wood, with Brian’s secret dry rub. If there is a better tasting brisket in the area, I have not found it. Our briskets start with a precooked weight of 14 to 17 lbs and they loose an average of 30% of their weight as the fat renders out during the slow cooking process. We are selling these at a flat rate of $145
To reheat, place in your oven at 300 degrees F for approx 1 hour.
If prices go up dramatically or supply drops dramatically, we reserve the right to change price or refund your order. The market on beef is very volatile and there may be times that we cant get briskets. it hasnt happened yet, but its possible.
