Whole Rack of Pork Spare Ribs
We slow smoke our spare ribs for 6 to 7 hours over a mix of Oak and Pecan wood and we lovingly rub our ribs with Brian’s secret dry rub. If there are better ribs in the area, we haven’t found them. They are truly spectacular. They make a great holiday center piece. Each rack has 12 to 13 ribs.
