Our Platters are great for the meal or for larger gatherings, they are great for appetizers.   Everything comes sliced and ready to warm up.  You get 1 bacon wrapped smoked honey chipolte turkey breast, 1.5 lbs sliced or chopped brisket, 1.5 lbs chopped pork, 1 lbs sliced sausage, 1 doz rolls, 1/2 doz smoked ears or corn cut in half, pickles, jalapenos, onions, and bbq sauce
