We make this 1 time a year and each year its a little different. We combine some of all the peppers we grow (we grew 20 different varieties this year) from mild to melt your tongue hot. We chop them all up and ferment them for a couple weeks and then we bottle it. This is a unique product that when its gone for the year, its gone until next summer. Get a bottle while its in stock!
