These are a masterpiece from the smoker.  We weave bacon on a turkey breast, slow smoke them and glaze with our special honey chipolte bbq sauce.  They are great when your not sure you’ll have enough turkey for your gathering or they are spectacular for sandwiches.  I always cook up 5 or 6 for us just for sandwiches
